CFC Magnetic Separator Series
The magnetic separator is composed of a shell, a decelerating motor, a magnetic roller assembly, a rubber roller assembly, a chip scraper, a chip guide plate, etc. The cutting fluid with grinding debris enters the separator shell, and the decelerating motor outputs power to drive the magnetic roll assembly to rotate. Relying on the magnetism of the surface of the magnetic roll, most of the ferromagnetic impurities in the cutting fluid are absorbed to the surface of the magnetic roll. With the continuous rotation of the magnetic roll assembly, the ferromagnetic impurities adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic roll are separated from the cutting fluid, The rubber roller has good wear resistance, flexibility and oil resistance, and the grinding fluid in the grinding chips can be separated through the rolling action of the rubber roller assembly and the magnetic roller assembly, so that the grinding chips can reach a relatively dry state. The dried grinding chips are separated from the magnetic roller by the scraping plate, and the grinding chips are transported to the designated position by the chip guide plate.

Scope Of Application
