Product Overview

Drum paper belt filter is composed of shell, gear motor, drive device, screen assembly, sealing drum, filter cloth, electric control system and other parts. The filter cloth is laid flat on the screen assembly to form a liquid pool under the seal of the sealing drum. The cutting fluid with impurities is buffered and uniformly falls onto the filter cloth. The cutting fluid enters the clean liquid tank through the filter cloth under the action of gravity, and impurities greater than 50 microns are intercepted by the filter cloth. With the accumulation of impurities trapped on the surface of the filter cloth, the filter cake layer is formed on the surface, and the filter cake layer is also involved in filtering, effectively improving the filtration accuracy of the cutting fluid. When the filter cake layer becomes thicker and thicker, the transmission speed of the cutting fluid gradually decreases, and the liquid level in the liquid pool gradually increases. When the liquid level rises to the set value, the signaling mechanism sends a signal, and the gear motor drives the screen assembly to drive the filter cloth together to move into a new filter cloth. The cutting fluid in the wave pool passes through the filter cloth newly entered, the liquid level in the liquid pool drops, and the signaling mechanism stops sending a signal. The gear motor stops running, and the filter cloth and impurities out fall into the waste cloth box and enter the next working link.
