Consumables Free Filter Tank

  • The consumables free filter tank mainly uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation for material separation. When a mixture of loaded fluid enters a hydrocyclone through one or more tangential inlets, the fluid rotates within the device to form a helical flow. This rotational motion creates a centrifugal force that causes denser materials, such as solid particles or water, to be flung toward the outer walls, while less dense materials, such as oil or gas, move toward the center.

Product Use

  • Effective filtration of impurities
The filtration system in the consumables free filtration tank removes suspended particles such as sediment and rust from the water. The working principle is to filter the water step by step through multiple layers of different aperture filters or filter media. For example, the first layer of some consumable filter tanks can intercept larger particles, such as sediment particles with a diameter greater than 100 microns, and subsequent filters can further intercept finer impurities to ensure that the filtered water is clear and transparent.
  • Reduce microbial growth
Some consumption-free filter tanks use special filter materials or designs, which can inhibit microorganisms in the water to a certain extent. For example, some filter media containing silver ions, silver ions have antibacterial properties, can inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria, algae and other microorganisms in the tank, so as to improve the safety of water quality, reduce the water odor caused by microbial pollution, discoloration and other problems.
  • Maintain stable water quality
It can increase water quality parameters such as pH and hardness of water saving to a certain extent. For example, the filter material in some consumable filter tanks contains substances that can adsorb or exchange ions in the water, which can remove excessive calcium and magnesium ions in the water, reduce the hardness of the water, and prevent scaling in the water tank or in the subsequent use of equipment, so as to ensure the stability of the water quality in different use scenarios and extend the service life of the equipment.
