Working Principle
In harsh factory environments, this heat pipe structure heat exchanger can ensure that the sensitive electrical control system works properly, effectively prevent dust, oil mist, water vapor and corrosive gases in the air to enter the cabinet, two sets of completely separate air circulation system for the closed control box internal heat transfer to the outside air, this system is called closed loop. In the inner box loop, the heat is absorbed by the heat pipe in the lower half of the heat exchanger, and the closed loop is continuously circulated for cooling, and the circulating air through the electronic parts is ensured to be dust-free. The dirty air outside the box is completely isolated. Externally recycled air removes heat from the upper half of the heat exchanger. The general principle of the exchanger is: in the heat pipe into the refrigerant, when the heat exchanger bottom box of the hot air circulation, the heat exchanger in the refrigerant constantly absorb heat, the refrigerant after absorbing heat evaporates into a gas, rising in the heat pipe. At this time, the external circulating cold air in the upper part of the heat exchanger takes away the heat in the refrigerant, condenses the refrigerant steam in the heat pipe into a liquid, and then returns to the bottom of the heat pipe to continue the next cycle.
