Product Functions
1. Rapid suction: Using negative pressure wind transfer technology, fast and safe suction of cutting fluid, chips and sludge, efficiency up to 200L/min fast suction capacity.
2. Filter: The vacuum filter device traps and removes chips and sludge in the cutting fluid, while the filter paper tape assembly efficiently and quickly drains impurities into the debris bucket.
3. High pressure cleaning: The randomly configured high pressure washer removes residual chips and sludge from the machining center and corner of the water tank,reducing manual heavy cleaning operations.
4. Oil and water separation: The oil slick in the cutting fluid is the root cause of spoilage and deterioration, and timely elimination of the oil slick is the key to effectively extend the service life of the cutting fluid. The equipment adopts patented polymerization separation technology to effectively separate and eliminate oil slicks and greatly improve the service life of cutting fluid.
5. Sterilization and deodorization: The built-in high concentration ozone generator provides a powerful sterilization elimination function. The patented jet flow internal circulation gas-liquid mixing device is used to sterilize, disinfect and deodorize the inhaled waste cutting fluid to achieve the purpose of recycling waste cutting fluid.
6. Pure liquid playback: Built-in large flow pump system, after the purification of the cutting fluid playback to the machine tank, to achieve the cutting fluid recycling function.
