The belt type oil-water separator is composed of a shell, a driving wheel, a driven wheel, an oil removal belt, an oil scraper, an oil guide plate, an oil collecting box, a reducer, etc. The reducer drives the driving wheel to rotate continuously,and the driving wheel drives the driven wheel to rotate through the oil removal belt. The oil removal strip is immersed in the oil mixing zone,and the oil slick can be glued from the oil mixing zone and scraped into the oil collecting box by the oil scraper by using the difference in the wetting performance between the cutting fluid and the oil slick.
